Which equipment is included in bike rental?

Bicycle rental includes helmet and lock. Reflex vests is also included if desired.

Where is the bike picked up?

Pick up is at Hagadalsvägen 10A, 352 46 Växjö or at an agreed location.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Cancellation must take place 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellation later than this is charged with 50% of the rental amount. For cancellation contact us at info@rentbike.se or +46 73-5536158.

How long can I rent a bike?

You can book from 1 day up to two weeks via the booking form. If you wish to book for a longer period you are welcome to contact us at info@rentbike.se or +46 73-5536158.

What happens if I damage a bike?

Damage occured during rental is paid by the renter. We go through the bike upon return. Any damage should be reported on return.

How old do I have to be to rent a bike?

To rent a bike you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger a parent or guardian must participate.

During what times can I rent a bike?

In the booking form you can choose what time you wish to rent the bike.

Are the saddles adjustable?

Yes, it is very easy to adjust the saddles and we assist you at pick up to adjust it correctly to your height.

What payment options are available?

We only accept card payment. Payment is due at pick up.
